About Munchkins Childcare

Munchkins Childcare provides fun After School Care, Holiday Clubs and HAF Scheme’s.

We are Ofsted registered and staffed by an enthusiastic team of qualified and experienced Managers and Playworkers.

Our aim at Munchkins Childcare is to provide your child/ren with fun and engaging child-led play in a safe, caring and welcoming environment.

We provide opportunities for play that are natural and allow children to be themselves. Play is such an essential part of preparing young children for learning and adult life.

Our Munchkins planning and sessions always cover: -

Being CREATIVE, being ACTIVE and being EXPLORERS.

Schools - If your school would benefit from an after school club then get in touch. We can base ourselves in your hall or community room or a nearby hall if space isn’t available.

FAY SIMCOX - OWNER & MANAGER

My name is Fay and I’m the Owner/Manager of Munchkins Childcare Ltd. We provide After School care, Holiday Clubs and HAF schemes to schools in Bristol.

Previously I owned/ran a smaller childcare setting which was rated by Ofsted as ‘Outstanding.’ All our current settings are rated as Met, the highest rating we can achieve in our specific sector.

I have relevant childcare and leadership qualifications, lots of experience working with children, and I really enjoy caring and supporting all the children in the community.

I also work part time as a Play Therapist in the Bristol area, I am very passionate about children’s mental health and wellbeing.
