Times: 9am - 1pm (please note we can only offer a maximum of 4 hours, so please pick up by 1pm at the latest). If you are late to pick up twice we will have no choice but to cancel future booked places. We are only funded and staffed for a four hour session, ending at 1pm.

Prices : Fully funded (free) for all current primary aged children in receipt of income based free school meals, please note we welcome children from all primary schools.

Age ranges: Primary school ages. Your child must have already started school to be able to attend the HAF scheme.

Booking notes: Please note you must book in advance for children to attend. By booking you are committing that your child will turn up on the day. We use a different booking system (Eequ) for the HAF scheme than our usual online system (iPAL). The link is at the bottom of this page.

Cancellations: Please only book the funded sessions that you intend your child to attend. Last minute cancellations or no shows means others lose out on this funded service, and it puts future funding at risk due to lower attendance rates. Regular cancellations or children not turning up on two occasions will result in your booking being cancelled. Trip spaces will be prioritised to children with good attendance.

Food & Drink and food allergies/dietary requirements: It is really important that you add your child’s full dietary requirements and allergies/intolerances to our Eequ HAF booking system so staff are aware of your child’s needs. We will offer them a FREE lunch and pudding while they are with us, funded by the HAF scheme. Children will need to bring a refillable water bottle.

Medicine - Please contact us first on stannesholidayclub@munchkinschildcare.co.uk so we can put the necessary paperwork in place before you book your child in. We will need a medical care plan filled in and medicine in their original container with a prescribing sticker. All medicine must be in date and our staff may require extra training for certain medication.

SEN and behavioural needs - Please note we can help assist children but we are unable to offer any 1-2-1 care due to staff ratios without specific funding for extra staff. If your child has any additional needs or behavioural needs it is really important that you email stannesholidayclub@munchkinschildcare.co.uk before you book your child on so we can explore how we can meet your child’s needs, even if you have booked with us before.

If you have not disclosed important information to us like medicine/SEN/behavioural needs/dietary requirements, then we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Your child’s safety is our priority.

Policies: These can be found in a folder at the setting.

Bristol City Councils Privacy Statement: Activities are funded by the Department for Educations’ (DfE) Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme.
